Our office is located in the former Racquetball Club located in Leonardo Estates.
We are located in a neighborhood so please don't let this surprise you.
From the Villages or Belleview
*Take Baseline Rd, (CR 35, 58th Ave) north to East Ft. King
*Turn left onto Ft. King
*Drive 1 mile to 48th Ave.-Turn Right. (N)
*At the stop sign turn left.
*Wellness Center on left. - 50yds.
From the Paddock Mall
*Travel East on SR 200
* Turn right at the Walgreens on 17th St. (old Buick dealership on right)
* Pass Publix/Ale House, Walgreens, 25th Ave and turn left on SE 24th Ave - There will be a McDonald's at this light and Dayco on the right.
*At 36th Ave (first light) turn left.
*At Fort King, turn right.
*Travel about 1 mile and make a left on 48th Ave (in a neighborhood).
*At the stop sign turn left.
*Wellness Center on left. - 50yds.
From Gainesville
*Travel on SR40 going East (pass Ocala Municipal Golf Course)
*On 7th Street turn right. - will see a McDonalds on left and 2 story office on right.
* Travel through light and in approximately 1 mile and make a right onto NE 48th Avenue.
* Wellness Center will be on the right (100yds)
